Framebite Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Framebite apps, browser extensions, and related services provided by SolvoCraft LLC ("SolvoCraft," "we," "us," or "our"). By installing, accessing, purchasing, or using Framebite, you agree to these Terms and the Framebite Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Framebite.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining access to the Google or Apple account used to sign in. Do not share access in a way that defeats plan limits or security controls.

3. What Framebite provides

Framebite helps you understand supported online videos by generating summaries, answers, and timestamp links, translating subtitles, and translating text on YouTube pages such as titles, descriptions, and comments. Video summaries, answers, and subtitle translations use available captions; page translation uses selected text on the YouTube page. For supported public videos, Pro users can request high-accuracy captions from the video's audio, including when another caption source is available. Supported sites, languages, models, quotas, and features may change as the service develops.

4. Free and Pro plans

The current prices, quotas, video-length limits, and billing periods are shown before purchase in Framebite and on the Framebite website. Summaries, Ask, subtitle translation, and page translation share one balance of points; high-accuracy captions are measured separately in minutes. Free points renew each UTC day. Pro points and minutes are granted for each subscription month, and an annual plan grants them one month at a time. Unused points and minutes do not carry over to the next period. If a request uses more points than remain, the difference is deducted from the next period. We may apply reasonable rate limits and technical safeguards to prevent abuse and protect service availability.

If we change pricing for an existing recurring subscription, we will provide any notice required by law or the billing provider. Taxes may be added where required.

5. Billing, renewal, and cancellation

Recurring subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy or Apple, depending on where you purchased. A subscription renews automatically at the displayed interval until cancelled. Manage a website purchase through the Lemon Squeezy billing portal in Framebite settings and an App Store purchase through your Apple subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro access normally continues until the paid period ends.

Deleting your Framebite account does not cancel an App Store subscription. You must cancel it through Apple if you do not want it to renew. Framebite attempts to cancel an active Lemon Squeezy subscription before deleting the account. Because the account no longer exists, Framebite access ends when deletion completes. Account deletion does not automatically create a refund.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled by the provider that processed the purchase and are subject to that provider's policies and applicable law. App Store refund requests must be submitted to Apple. For a Lemon Squeezy purchase, contact [email protected] with enough information to identify the order. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree not to:

• use Framebite unlawfully or to violate another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights;
• process content you are not permitted to access or use;
• bypass quotas, authentication, subscription checks, or security measures;
• reverse engineer or interfere with the service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• use automated requests in a way that disrupts the service or imposes unreasonable cost; or
• resell, sublicense, or provide Framebite as a shared service without written permission.

8. Video content and generated results

You retain any rights you have in the questions and other content you submit. You grant SolvoCraft the limited permission needed to process that content and provide Framebite. Public-video summaries may be cached and reused for the same video, caption source, and output language, and results generated for your account are saved so the same request does not use points again, as described in the Privacy Policy.

AI-generated summaries, translations, and answers may be incomplete or wrong. Timestamp links help you verify specific statements against the source, but you remain responsible for checking results before relying on them. Framebite is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

9. Intellectual property

Framebite, its software, branding, and website content are owned by SolvoCraft or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Framebite for personal or internal business purposes.

10. Availability, changes, and termination

We may fix, change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, control operating cost, or improve the product. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security risk, or non-payment. Where practical, we will provide notice of a material service discontinuation.

11. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Framebite is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of third-party videos or captions, or error-free AI output.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolvoCraft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from Framebite. Our aggregate liability relating to Framebite will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid for Framebite during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits may not apply to you.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Wyoming law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

14. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated as required, and the date above will be updated. If a change materially reduces your rights, it will apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
